Approved UI refresh

The nine-page review approved on 2026-10-14 is implemented in the native MyGo application. It covers connection, buckets, objects, transfers, settings, about, text preview, sharing and deletion in both themes.

  • The workspace uses a 208px sidebar, 40px object rows, file-type icons, a muted selection highlight and a 264px inspector. Preview and sharing are prominent; additional object operations remain available in the menu.
  • Transfers have their own page, with status counts, state tabs, direction and text filters, colored progress and per-task actions. Returning to the browser keeps the queue running.
  • Connections use a bounded form and grouped credential options. About groups version, runtime and current connection information with update and documentation actions.
  • Settings combine the approved grouped numeric controls and units with the independent settings dialog and automatic-save workflow. Validation, pending/saved feedback and retry remain connected.
  • The text editor uses MyGo's native syntax highlighting, line numbers and shared editable Diff buffer. Switching views preserves undo history; opening a CRLF document does not rewrite its line endings. Saving uses the explicit Diff confirmation.
  • Sharing uses localized duration labels. Object dialogs adapt to their contents, show full OSS paths and use explicit destructive action labels.

TestApprovedUICapture renders all nine pages at 1280 × 820 in light and dark themes when REVIEW_OUTPUT names an existing output directory. These images contain deterministic fixtures, not live OSS data. TestDesignV2Scenes continues to exercise the translated minimum-size surfaces.

The approved review source is retained locally in snapshots/ui-review-20261014/; implementation screenshots are exported to snapshots/approved-ui/. Generated images are ignored by Git.

An independent rebuild of OSS Browser.
